Shirley Duncan grew up at Hephzibah and is now their Church Relations Director. David has served as a children’s pastor and is fondly known as a “minister of mirth”!

An affiliate of The Wesleyan Church, Hephzibah Children’s Home has been serving at-risk and abused children, youth and young adults for more than 100 years.
